Kapil Slams BCCI for Firing Prasad and Robin!

Former Indian captain Kapil Dev has slammed the BCCI for sacking the bowling coach Venkatesh Prasad and fielding coach Robin Singh.

"Both of them (Prasad and Robin) have done a good job for the team. The Board should have removed manager of the team also holding him responsible for poor performance of the team in Champions Trophy," Kapil told PTI.

"The basis of removal from the post should be on performance criteria. Why there should be a sword hanging over those who are giving good result?" he questioned.

He said Australia was the better team on the first ODI in Vadodara and deserved to win. Indian team should focus on the remaining ODIs to win the series.
