Shoabit has to Pay the fine of Rs.70M to play for Pak: PCB
His punishement of life ban was then reduced to 5 years. He went to court against the 5 year ban and got the verdict in favor of him. The ban was suspended pending complete enquiry.
Though the ban suspended by the court, the PCB is not ready to mend on the fine imposed. They want him to pay 70 million rupees for getting a play in the team for champions trophy!
Will he pay or go to court again? Or the PCB will make an U-Turn again?

Pakistan Court Asks the reason for Akhtar's Ban!

Akhtar appealed against his reduced ban in the Pakistan court. His ban was reduced from life ban to 18 months ban and 70 million rupees fine. Though it was reduced, it still did not allow him to play in the Tri-Series in Bangladesh and the Asia Cup. It will also prevent him from playing in Champions Trophy to be held in Pakistan.
He appelad aganist this reduced ban in the court and the judge has said that, "Shoaib Akhtar is hero of the Pakistan." He also asked the PCB the reason for imposing the ban on Shoaib.
Now the ball is in PCB's court to provide proper justification for his ban. It is almost sure that he will come out of this ban and play for Pakistan soon.
Good luck Shoaib!

Ganguly and Warne Fined!

After a spat between Kolkata Knight Rider's captain Ganguly and Rajastha Royals skipper Shane Warne, both the players were fined 10% of their match fee.
Both the players have agreed for paying the penalty.
Match umpire GA Pratap Kumar has been suspended for a match because he listened to Ganguly for checking for the third umpire.
Warne takes on Ganguly!
Ganguly Hits Back at Warne!
They both are not happy with the decision of the IPL, but accepted the decision and ready to pay the fine.
It was said that Ganguly was not available to comment on the decison taken by IPL to penalize 10% match fee. He was in the nets with the rest of the team practicing for the match ahead.
Both the teams have agreed to put the issue aside and focus on the game. The team spokes person said that they have agreed to pay the fine and wanted to forget the incident.
Ganguly was fined for violating the code of conduct by forcing the umpire to ask for third umpire, when he was caught at deep midwicket by Smith. His version of the story was, he did not ask the umpire GA Pratap Kumar to refer third umpire. All he said was, the catch was not cleanly taken.

AUS Players Will Be Fined or Banned!
- How did you believe Ricky's word when he lied on the cricket field, just for winning?
- How did you believe Clark's word for the same reason--till date, he didn't accept his mistake?
- How do you rate Ricky's behavior during press conference?
- Did scrapping the agreement between captains a good sign for Australia? Didn't it show that nobody in the world can trust and believe Australian Cricketers, though we have people like Gilly;
- Do Australians teach good things to their kids and next generation? If yes, how come they teach bad words and sledging when they play cricket?
- What about Ricky and his team's behavior in India, pushing the sports minister?
- Mr. Waugh and Mr. Chappell mentioned that, "that's how they play cricket" But do you curse and sledge your guests?What about Hayden's four letter S word?
- Why did Symonds interfere without knowing what Harbhajan was talking to Brett Lee?
In fact, to be honest, a person believing in God and acting according to his consciousness, would do the following:
- Ban Ricky for at least 5 Test Matches for lying and not controlling his team;
- Ban Clark for at least 3 Test Matches for lying on the field;
- Ban Hayden for at least 1 Test Match and 25% match fee for giving false complaint and for using four letter S word and also for unnecessarily interfering in the argument;
- Ban Symonds for at least 1 Test Match and 25% match fee for giving false complaint and for unnecessarily interfering, provoking the whole incident.
I do not think that ICC is bending to BCCI fearing financial loss! Any true human being will not punish anybody without proper and satisfying evidence. Can Dravid and Ganguly speak near the microphone as if Pointing and Clark called them Kangaroos? Going by this, calling Dravid, "The Wall" and Ganguly, "The Bengal Tiger" or "Dada" are also racist remark, which every commentator does.
With no evidence against Harbhajan, it is right to let him go, regardless of money playing its part.
IF THIS CONTINUES, BEWARE AUSSIES, ALL THE TEAMS ARE READY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOU, IN CASE IF YOU USE BAD WORD OR SLEDGE ANYBODY!
If other team starts complaining about Aus Players, I am sure in the near future, you would see ALL OF THE AUS PLAYERS ARE EITHER FINED OR BANNED!
